I am an experienced Health Psychologist, academic, researcher, and consultant, currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Applied Psychology at the UMT. I am a Gold Medalist and hold an MS in Health Psychology from LCWU, with over five years of experience in teaching, research, psychological consultancy, and academic development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. My academic contributions include 10 peer-reviewed research publications in HEC-recognized national journals and 15+ research paper presentations at national and international conferences. I have also conducted and facilitated multiple workshops and training sessions in counseling, and professional development. I also serve as a Consultant Psychologist at the Happiness Center and Sundar Industrial Estate, contributing to organizational development, community engagement, social responsibility, and industry-academia collaboration.
