Welcome to my Profile, I am Dr. Sherin Gul, a passionate researcher, psychometrician and decision scientist. I have facilitated high-impact workshops for numerous multinational companies, translating theoretical frameworks into practical strategies for talent optimization and cultural transformation. Beyond the corporate sphere, I have served as a dedicated mentor and supervisor for a wide range of thesis and independent research projects. My role involves guiding researchers through the intricacies of experimental design, statistical validation, and the ethical implications of behavioral data.
