Ms. Sania Kausar is a distinguished lecturer and advisor in the department of clinical psychology at the School of Professional Psychology (SPP), University of Management and Technology (UMT). With an exemplary academic background, including a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Psychology. She has been honored with Rector and Dean Merit Awards, as well as a Gold Medal for their outstanding academic performance. In her current role, she combines a passion for teaching with a commitment to student mentorship and professional development. Over the past two years, she has successfully supervised clinical placements for approximately 88 students across various settings, including hospitals, the social welfare department, schools, and special centers. Additionally, she is also serving as a research supervisor for 16 students in both BS and MS programs, guiding their research projects to completion.
