I completed my BSc (Hons) Applied Psychology from Government College University, Lahore in 2012. After my bachelor’s degree I pursued for two-year MPhil programme from the National Institute of Psychology (NIP) Quaid I Azam University Islamabad. During my MPhil research, I worked as part-time with ‘ASK Development’ as a Testing & Assessment Associate. I graduated from the National Institute of Psychology (NIP) in 2015 and I joined the Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning (PILL) as Research Assistant. In PILL my role was as an academic writer, intervention plans, fieldwork, and clinical assessment. Meanwhile, I joined GCU Lahore as visiting Lecturer.
In 2016, I received the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Research Grant, for my Ph.D. studies. I had been awarded by Fung Scholarship grant of 20,000HKD for an exchange visit to Peking University, Beijing China.
