7th International Conference: Cultivating Mental Health

Introduction:

We are excited to announce that the School of Professional Psychology, in collaboration with the Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the Science of Happiness, is organizing the 7th International Conference on Cultivating Mental Health, Well-being, and Happiness: A Way Forward. This event is scheduled to take place from November 18-19, 2024, at the University of Management and Technology.

As we strive to deepen our understanding of optimal human functioning, this international conference brings together experts from diverse fields to explore the dynamic intersections of mental health, well-being, and happiness. By highlighting the positive factors that enhance our lives, we aim to transform the science of behaviors and social contexts, illuminating pathways to foster holistic well-being, social connection, and meaningful engagement. We invite researchers, practitioners, social workers, community leaders, psychologists, and all stakeholders to participate in our scientific sessions, keynote addresses, panel discussions, and pre-conference workshops.
