Guidelines for Poster Submission
All the poster presenters should make the poster in a visual presentation of the submitted abstract and should meet the following criteria:
Poster’s Contents:-
- Title (The title should be the same as in the submitted abstract).
- Authors (with contact details including e-mail address and the name of your institution)
- Background
- Research Questions
- Objectives, Hypotheses
- Method: Sample, Measures, Procedure
- Results
- Tables and figures
- Conclusion and perspectives
- Implications and limitations
- Key words (3-6)
- Main References
Poster’s Format:-
- Please ensure following dimensions for the poster:
- Poster size should be 54 inches (length) x 36 inches (width), portrait format
- It is recommended to use Times New Roman.
- It is requested to make sure that font size is easily readable
- The word length shouldn’t exceed 2000 words
- Be sure to clearly indicate your title, author names and affiliated institutions at the top of your presentation.
- It is recommended to leave at least a 1 inch margin around the edges of the poster.
- Photos taken with a digital camera are usually high resolution and print well on the poster. Scanned images should be at least 150 dpi (dots per inch).
- The posters with dimensions other than mentioned above will not be displayed.
Important Note
- All posters should be printed on flex Size/Font
- All posters should be printed before the Conference, as there is no any poster printing facilities on site.
- All the participants are informed to prepare their poster with full dedication as there will be poster competition and first three position holders will be awarded with best poster certificates (certificates of Honor).
- We recommend that you have copies of a handout with your details and, if possible, an expanded version of your presentation to give to interested delegates
- All registered participants’ poster/s should reach to the postal address given below till March 07, 2019 before 16:00 hrs either by hand or via courier.
